Come.
Come again.
Ours is not a caravan of despair.
Even though you've broken your vows a thousand times,
Come once more.
Come again.

Intensive Retreats with Agua Viva Associates
An Agua Viva Intensive Retreat is an opportunity to reach deep into the
essence of our being alive and meet each other with the full feeling
and sensibility of that essence.
In this 3-day group experience in a country setting we draw from
nature, from human relations, from ancient paths of wisdom, and from
forms of therapy and healing that promote the open and honest
expression of the human spirit.
We integrate therapies drawn from many traditions such as:
- creative movement and dance
- music therapy
- breathwork
- bioenergetics
- ritual
- drawing and painting
- mask making
- psychodrama
- dream work
- meditation
Our goal is the awakening of sensitivity and compassion that enable us
to be loving, caring, creative human beings within a society that is
struggling with violence, isolation, and carelessness. We hope that in
opening ourselves to our own personal truth, in feeling the vibrancy of
our bodies and spirit, and in knowing each other honestly in our core
human concerns, we will each find greater value in the path of our
lives, as individuals, and as part of humanity.
Come and join us.
Cost for a residential 3 day retreat is $ 475.-
To request a brochure or schedule an intake interview please call Abraham Sussman at

About Us
Agua Viva Associates is a team of therapists who have been working
together for many years. The Intensive Retreats, also called
Convivials, were developed and inspired by the late Dr. Salvador
Roquet, a Mexican psychiatrist who trained with the shamans of his

to run these retreats twice a year.
