About the Facilitator

Christine Hall has a background in education having taught in the public school system and at the Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge MA for over 20 years. She has an undergraduate degree in psychology and a graduate degree in education. She has led workshops at MTI centering on contact and creativity for massage students.

She is a certified and licensed massage therapist, Reiki practitioner, and breathwork facilitator with 15 years of experience working with the body, emotions, and energy.

She currently leads breathwork groups in Arlington and Watertown, MA and is available to do individual sessions.
