Join us for this women’s retreat in the beautiful setting of Spirit Fire
Retreat Center in Western Mass.
We gather to renew the spirit, care for the body and rejoice in each
other’s company.
Meditation, shamanic journeying, breathwork, dance and possibly a sweat
lodge are part of the weekend’s program.

Who is not aware of the profound effect our families have on the shape and quality of our lives? Family constellations deepen our insight by exploring the family as an energetic system to which we belong. Unconsciously, we remain loyal to unacknowledged family patterns.
Participants will have an opportunity to set up a family constellation, which will provide instantaneous insight into the power of the family as an energetic system. Reconnecting the flow of love where interrupted or disturbed we offer new possibilities, new movements in the soul.

Family Constellations
Learning group
Begins September 29th 2007
Who is not aware of the profound effect our families have on the shape and quality of our lives?
Family constellations deepen our insight by exploring the family as an energetic system to which we belong. Unconsciously, we remain loyal to unacknowledged family patterns, seldom daring to live more fully than our parents and others who have come before us. Suppressed emotions from major life events may also be present and passed along, driving and directing our lives in ways we don’t fully understand.
Participants will have an opportunity to set up a family constellation, which will provide instantaneous insight into the power of the family as an energetic system. Looking for the places where the flow of love was interrupted or disturbed we offer new possibilities, new movements in the soul.
Participants will observe and participate in constellations, explore their own constellations and by the end of the year practice facilitating constellations.

Inner Circle
A 9 month group process for personal development
Begins with three open sessions
September 4th, 11th, & 18th 2007
You are invited to join a circle of people that wish to connect with themselves and with others in an honest and deep way. We will talk, breathe and meditate together with the intention to understand and support each other in both our joyful and
painful spaces. We hope to help each other heal old wounds and move towards more joy and intimate connections in our lives.
An individual intake interview is required to join this group.

Advanced Training
and Supervision Group
This group is suited for people who already have a basic understanding and training in breath work or another form of body oriented psychotherapy.We will meet every second week to further our learning, discuss client cases and practice new techniques. At times we invite presenters to introduce us to related topics such as sound healing, shamanism and clairvoyance.

Shamanic Visioning Skills 1 & 2
We are receiving information constantly from the world around us, through channels we are not aware of consciously. And because we are not conscious of receiving it, we often miss a lot!
Shamanic Visionary Skills 1
Being more conscious of and connected with these channels increases our ability to listen more deeply to the Universal Source, or Spirit, and allow it to inform and work through us. Shamanic Visioning is a skill that brings us closer to Source, more connected to these channels of information. In order to do shamanic visioning, we need to be able to get beyond the level of "I" or ego. In this “altered” state we become a spacious channel for energy to flow through us, teaching us about the world around us - both seen and unseen, and guiding our steps on our paths. This course will provide you with basic techniques and practice for opening this conversation. 4 classes
