Breathwork Classes
These experiential classes introduce people to working with the consciously connected breath. This process helps to open up the body, clear emotions, and create more room for joy in your life.
Classes are held at the Arlington Center.
When: March 22, 11am-1pm; April 19, 11am-1pm; June 14, 11am-1pm; September 19, 2pm-4pm; October 18, 11am-1pm; November 21, 2pm-4pm; December 12, 2pm-4pm

Inner Circle
A 9 month group process for personal development
Begins with two open sessions

You are invited to join a circle of people that wish to connect with themselves and with others in an honest and deep way. We will talk, breathe and meditate together with the intention to understand and support each other in both our joyful and painful spaces. We hope to help each other heal old wounds and move towards more joy and intimate connections in our lives. An individual intake interview is required to join this group.

The InnerArt of Breathing
A Breathwork Intensive and Training Program
“When you breathe consciously you participate

Learn how to recognize your breathing patterns and take a good look what still serves you and what does not. We will begin by clearing our own energy fields and then learn how to help others do the same. Breathwork aims to create more capacity for holding joy in our lives and a sense of personal and universal connectedness.

Silent Agreements
Introducing organizational constellations as a tool to
increase organizational effectiveness.
Are you facing challenging organizational or business decisions and feel stuck? Are you responsible for a team that has difficulties reaching its goals? Are you frustrated by office politics that make it practically impossible to do a good job?
We will use constellations to clarify organizational dynamics, identify social dynamics around business decisions and as an assessment tool for consultants to explore how they can serve their clients best.
