Through learning conscious connected breathing in a safe environment,
clients strengthen their relaxation response, let go of tension, and
use the energy and rhythm of the breath to connect with their deepest
and most spiritual selves. This experience is the foundation of
psychological and spiritual integration.
Each
Breathwork session is different and regular practice will enhance
